MMR English Department

The world of English awaits you. The English program is designed to provide encouragement and opportunity for students to develop a sensitivity for the English language so that they will be equipped to appreciate both the experiences that the language arts provide, and the experiences they have in "the world at large". The literature is drawn from the 5 genres (novel, short story, drama, essay and poetry), and, in some cases, from the mass media (TV., magazines, films, newspapers).
