Time Table Changes for 2024-25 School Year

Course Change Request Form

Please complete this form if you would like to request changes to your timetable. The Guidance team will do their best to honour your request, but please keep in mind that many courses/classes are at capacity.

Priority will be given to students:

1) Who are missing graduation requirements and/or prerequisites, including SHSM/OYAP requirements

2) Who have timetable conflicts and/or incomplete timetables

3) Who need to add a requirement for post-secondary education plans, or drop a class they no longer require

4) Who need a pathway change

5) Who require changes as a result of summer school 

We will do our very best to process requests, however not all changes may be able to be accommodated.  An updated timetable (including teachers and rooms) will be shared prior to the first day of school.

If a change has been granted, you will receive an email with next steps.  

Please continue following your CURRENT Time Table until you receive a new Time Table.
